Samas leiab kolleegium, et rünne algas juba süüdistatava ähvardamisega S. J.-i poolt klubi juures laua taga pingil, jätkus rusikaga näkku löömisega ning kulmineerus lühikese ajavahemiku järel puust teibaga ründamisega tee peal. Sellest järeldub, et tegemist ei olnud osapoolte kokkuleppel toimunud kaklusega, mis välistaks hädakaitseseisundi esinemise.

I am originary from London, United Kingdom.
I had a work contract in Berlin and I needed a car so I bought this one. I have to sell it because I have moved back to UK and it's quite hard to drive an european car with the steering wheel on the left side. The car is now in London in excellent condition, no accidents, no scratches, no dents, no need for additional repairs and I have all the necessary documents ( german documents ) to make the sale. This is a garage kept car, very well maintained. The last price is EUR 5500 including shipping and insurance. I agree to leave you few days for testing.

- being registered in Germany it will be no problem to cancel it's registration and transfer it to you. I have spoken with one of my friends in Germany and he said there is no need for me to come over there to close the deal in person because there are many shipping companies that can handle this kind of situations. So I have done a little research work and found out a local shipping company. I have asked them how much it will cost for such transaction and they have told me to come up with the delivery address (so they can calculate the shipping fees).
In case you are still interested please let me know the address where you want it to be delivered so that the shipping company can calculate the total cost.

Originally I am not from Germany, but from Estonia, and I am  very interested of buying your Alfa.
Right now I am trying to arrange the pickup from Germany.  I think,  Hamburg (Germany) would be the best (and closest) place to ship the car, so that you could calculate delivering costs.  Is this OK?

Do you have small and big service history (kleine und groBe briefung) on your car?

 From this point of view you can see that the company is OK and it doesn't have any problems.

 I also wanted to tell you that in 2003 I was selling a car like this I worked in Bulgaria and I brought the car from there.. I posted it on the Internet and I meet someone to sell it ..my bad luck was that the buyer didn't want a good transaction he wanted the car and the money .. he tried to stole the car from me... It was a nightmare .. I was lucky because one police saw as and I contrive to run.

 So I hope that was my last experience of this kind and I will not do it again ... I prefer to use this company because it is safer and it also saves a lot of time.
I also want to tell you that I have a lot of offers for this car and I will not sell it in any other way then using this company.

Your last answer met my  suspicions about this 'nice deal'.

Neither do I believe that you ever worked in Berlin nor do I believe you ever bought that car, furthermore I am totally convinced that this Alfa Romeo GT  most probably does not even exist.

You do not provide VIN, without any normal reason, nor do you possess any documentation on 'your car'. You also refuse to present the car to potential buyer.

Furthermore, your details on 'reliable shipping company' verify only the fact, that company has been registered on  EU's VAT registry, it does not provide any information about actual business activity.  The second query shows a card from commercial registry, with almost non-existent contacts and data about last commercial registry transactions dating back to 2006.

Pathetic story about Bulgaria does not have even one bit of truth in it, and lacks in grammar as well as in contents.

Additional fact, that you removed the sales ad as soon as you received my e-mail, verifies that you intentionally did expect first interested person to come forward, so that  you will not leave any evidence of fraud you were planning to commit.
 
So, therefore I conclude my letter with the simplest and purest condolences to your non-existant 'other buyers'  as well as sharing my pleasant internet business-experience with press.
